���APP�Not only has my experience in the psychology department helped me to understand people with intellectual disabilities, but it has also taught me that my educational background in psychology can be applied anywhere, especially in the realm of teaching.���APP�

���APP�They always say to do what you liked to do as a child, and I spent lots of time teaching stuffed animals in my bedroom.���APP�

���APP�I am in a position to be able to expose our students to our unique French dialect and culture. One of the reasons that parents choose French immersion for their kids is due to their desire for their children to learn their heritage language, Louisiana French.���APP�

���APP�This field is special to me because I have been a patient to prosthetists since I was three years old following the traumatic amputation of my right leg. Being able to be a part of other individuals���APP� lives like my CPO was for me is very rewarding.���APP�

���APP�The courses provided by the School of Geosciences have allowed me to gain technical skills in air, soil, and water quality testing and monitoring.���APP�

���APP�Ultimately, the physics department faculty helped shepherd me into a life and career after college that aligned with my strengths and interests.���APP�

���APP�The supportive professors and the initiative to involve undergraduates in research are my favorite parts about the biology program. The entire department truly encourages and provides many opportunities for undergraduates to increase their repertoire of skills and critical thinking abilities by engaging in research.���APP�
