Netiquette refers to your Internet etiquette, or the way you behave online and on social media. Because the majority of online communication is completely non-verbal, you cannot see or use facial expressions or tone of voice to back what you are typing.

The ���APP Spring 2019 semester is underway and by now you should be aware of whether your course will require proctored exams and which service you���APP�ll be asked to use.

Among the top skills online students need to be successful are strong written communication skills.
