You have to submit your application by these deadlines to enroll.

You are required to have a 1.5 cumulative GPA to be considered for readmission to UL Lafayette. If you are on academic suspension, you need to appeal your suspension before you can apply for readmission. To be granted admissions, you must be eligible to return to all previous institutions of enrollment.

The cumulative GPA requirement includes coursework completed at all colleges or universities you have attended, including UL Lafayette, community colleges, or other institutions.

If you attended other institutions, contact the Registrar's Office at those schools and ask them to email or mail your transcripts directly to the Сòòò½APP Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

If UL Lafayette is the only institution youСòòò½APP™ve attended, you donСòòò½APP™t need to send in transcripts.

Immunization Form

All incoming students must submit an immunization form before you can register for classes. You can submit it at the same time or after your admissions application.

You must be screened for tuberculosis (TB) and be immunized against measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus-diphtheria.

Complete and submit the Immunization Form. Email immunizations@louisiana.edu with questions.

Selective Service Registration

Males between 18 and 26 years old are required to register with the Selective Service and provide proof of registration to Undergraduate Admissions. .
